Herbsfox Return or Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Herbsfox. However, if for any reason you feel the product is not the one which you ordered, you can return your product to us.

1. Eligibility of Return / Exchange:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Important: Please make sure to record a video while unboxing the product. It will be kept as proof in case of receiving the wrong item. Mail it to info@herbsfox.com. Without video proof, no return or exchange will be initiated.

2. Return / Exchange Period:

You may initiate a return within 5 days of receiving your order. Beyond this time frame, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

3. Return / Exchange Process:

To request a return or exchange, raise a request on our website and email the video proof as mentioned above. After receiving the email, our customer support team will initiate the process.

4. Refund or Exchange of Product:

Once your email is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7 working days after the return is picked up.

5. Return Shipping:

You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
