- Eligibility of Return / Exchange: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Please make sure to record a video while unboxing the product. It will be kept as a proof in case of wrong item received. Mail it at info@herbsfox.com. Please note that Return / Exchange will only be initiated in case of wrong delivery of the product. Without video proof no return / Exchange will be initiated.
- Return / Exchange Period: You may initiate a return within 5 days of receiving your order. Beyond this time frame, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- Return / Exchange Process: Typically raise a return or exchange request on our website only and email the video as mentioned above. After emailing the video to our customer support team with your order details and reason for return. Our team will initiate the process mentioned below.
- Refund or Exchange of product: Once your email is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days after the return is picked up.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
